Bagaimana cara menulis lagu?

Ada banyak orang yg pengen banget bisa bikin lagu dan ngebet jadi artis.
Gw salah satunya.
Tapi pasti bakal ada kendala waktu mau nulis lagu, apalagi bwt pertama kalinya.
Bagi amatiran yg udah pernah nyoba.. pasti masalahnya gini kan?
1. Udah nulis lirik,  trus bikin nada. ditinggal bentar k jamban( kebelet) balik" udah lupa nadanya.
2.Nada udah jadi, cuma ga puas soalnya ga ngerti gimana maeninnya pake alat musik
3. Takut lagunya kurang mantep

Tapi problem yang gw tau paling basic adalah...
- Kalo mau nulis lagu gimana caranya yah?????

Do u know? Taylor Swift nulis semua lagunya sendiri (sejauh ini)

Muahhahahahahahaha.........bener kan???? Ini pasti masalahnya!



Jawabannya adalah...

Ga usah pusing.... ngapain pusing-pusing segala nyari inspirasi. coba liat posting gw yang lebih awal, buka link-nya. itu lagu asli, 100% original, seoriginal batik Indonesia!
Kalo lo" pada nemu lagu laen yang nadanya kayak gitu, videony gw tarik dari youtube. 

Dari mana gw dapet inspirasi?

Pertama"nya kendala gw juga sama, bingung, dan selalu lupa nada yg gw cipatain. Trus nyari inspirasi kadang butuh 7 hari 7 malem tanpa air kemenyan (tanpa pesugihan!!!) soalnya bingung mau nulis apa.
Nah, suatu hari (wuess...gaya storyteller), gw liatin mading d sekolah, pikiran lg seliweran kemana" soalnya kagak bisa nulis lagu. Eh, d mading ad tulisan pendaftaran buat klub catur. 
Inspirasi gw goblok, dodol, dan ga jelas.
Pertamanya gw nyomot kertas HVS lecek, trus nyoba nulis".
Kaga jadi.
Trus akhirnya gw nyadar bahwa kalo nulis lagu pake bahasa Indonesia, lagu gw rata" jelek semua (bukannya ga cinta negara lho!! *peace*) 

Akhirnya gw mikir....bhwa gw pengen nulis lagu cinta yg temanya agak" jaman medieval gitu (jaman kerajaan coy..bagi anak" jadul yg ga ngerti). Kebetulan aja gw jago b.ing, jadinya lumayan gampang masalah bahasa (jujur tanpa pake Mr. google translate!)
Gua tulis deh.

Kesimpulannya gini: Kalo nulis lagu, idenya ga perlu ribet-ribet segala. Coba perhatiin sekeliling kita dan coba liat apa yang bisa dijadiin inspirasi. Bahkan gw pernah dapet inspirasi dari embun di daun lho.. Akhirnya judul lagunya jadi 'This Red Umbrella"

Kalo kita udah ngambil tema yang simpel, padat, dan jelas, mulai aja cari tahu tipe lagu apa yang mau kita tulis. 
Berikut ini tipe" lagu yang mungkin bisa ditulis bagi pemula:

-Hati yg berbunga-bunga (in love)
-Naksir sembunyi"
-Cinta Terlarang
-Putus Cinta
-Indahnya persahabatan
-Keluarga
-Putus persahabatan
-Cinta segitiga
-Rebutan pacar
-Kematian
-Kesedihan
-dll....


Dengan ide sesimpel setetes embun pun, kita bisa ambil satu tipe lagu dan bisa kita kembangin sisanya. Di lagu gw yang judulnya 'This Red Umbrella' (lagunya belom pernah di publish dimanapun sejauh ini), inspirasinya itu embun di daun, dan tipe lagunya naksir sembunyi." Liriknya sengaja gw bikin kayak cerita, tentang cewek culun yng lari di tengah hujan n disamperin cowok populer yg dy suka. N pada akhirnya mreka nyatain perasaan mereka masing."
(gw tipe org yg suka happy ending sih)

Nah, setelah lirik jadi, kita bakal lanjutin ke tahap yang agak lebih ribet, yaitu bikin nada.
Sebenernya, kalo kita bisa main alat musik harmoni semacam piano atau gitar, prosesnya jadi lebih gampang. Kalo gw biasanya mainin gitar ngasal" dulu sambil mainin nada" yang kira" bakal dipake. Kalo nadanya dimainin berulang" pake urutan ngaco, pasti juga bkal ketemu satu deret nada yg kita pikir cukup bagus.

Tapi kalo nggak bisa, kita bisa langsung nyanyi aja...
Tapi eittsss...
Siapin perekam suara dulu.
Kalo lo bukan tipe orang yang memorinya cukup kuat jangka pendek-panjang, atas-bawah, kanan-kiri, samping-belok, siapin perekam suara yang agak jernih supaya nadanya nggak kresek" kayak orang kentut sambil gosok" plastik.

Coba nyanyi satu baris, dan rekam. Setelah itu mainin hasil rekamannya dan nyanyiin lagi. kalo udah hafal baris pertama, lanjut ke baris kedua dan seterusnya.
Nggak perlu hafalin liriknya saat itu juga (kalo lo nggak kuat, soalnya gw juga ga kuat kalo disuruh ngapalin lirik cuma dalam jangka bbrapa menit) yang penting udah tau nadanya di tiap bagian. 
Satu tips: nadanya jangan trlalu banyak ganti" supaya gampang dihafal.

Kalo kita bisa pake alat musik, kita coba mainin lagu itu pake kunci dasarnya dulu, dan hafalin. setelah hafal, kita bakalan dapet inspirasi dan pasti gregetan buat bikin nada lagu kita jadi lebih kaya dan ga ada bagian musik yang sepi", malah kita bakal coba eksperimen bikin intro" d sela" lagu buat ngisi kekosongan.

This song is about forbidden love and i wanna describe it with a game of chess with two different teams which are archenemies, but the white king fell in love with the black queen. The queen thought that they won't ever be together, but the king thought about the different way.

And finally, there's a happy ending when the black queen finally decided to leave her castle to be with the white king.
